Approx. Weight: 1305 grams

Known as the “Peacock Ore”, Bornite has a multicolored sheen that forms when the mineral is exposed to air creating a colorful tarnish. This Bornite consists of small deposits of the mineral scattered across a larger mineral bed. The slight tarnish gives it a natural and subtle look of rainbow color which is a delight to any eye. Red and purple are more prominent on some of the crystals, whereas blue and green stand out on others.
