Earthy brown Ankerite is topped with the shimmering shine of Sphalerite in this cabinet-sized specimen. The specimen is evenly split between the two minerals with the denser and darker Sphalerite standing out. The underside of the Ankerite has a color closer to the Sphalerite with some cubic crystals of Pyrite embedded in some areas.
