This Japan-Law Twin Quartz is a rare and beautiful example of the twinning phenomenon in which two twinned crystals cleave to one another at or near ninety-degree angles. The two largest crystals of this specimen exhibit this cleavage, with other crystals also exhibiting twinning. Clear Quartz with hints of brown and a glassy luster.
